My overview

Your own position, separate from the group’s.

Every member has a personal overview per group: what you received, what the group still owes you and what you still owe the group. Guests start here.

Three totals

What you see

Total received
What you actually received within this group, after corrections. Offsets and group money you hold are not counted as received.
Receivable (owed to you)
Amounts the group still owes you, for example for an accepted expense claim. Expected credits are shown separately.
Due (to pay)
Amounts you still have to pay the group, for example your share of an expense. Expected contributions are shown separately.
No hidden net balance
A credit and a debt both stay visible until someone offsets them on purpose. That way nobody wonders where an amount went.

Filters

To me, from me, offset.

Filter your items by direction: money coming to you from the group, or money going from you to the group. Offsets are recognisable and never count as money received.

From your overview you can submit an expense claim for something you paid for the group. A treasurer can submit one on behalf of another member.

Who sees what

Members

See their own overview and can open other members’ pots and personal transactions within the same group.

Guests

See only their own overview: their claims, credits, debts and payments, with the history that belong to them.

Former members

Keep their own open items and the history they need. They can’t add anything new.

Try it with example data.

The example runs in your browser with made-up data. Nothing is saved.
